CAA is more than learning and developing new basketball skills. Our League is focused on delivering positive reinforcement, providing opportunities to excel and achieving successful results through hard work. Our program is about character building and development, improving self-confidence, promoting good sportsmanship and, of course, having fun. CHARACTER COUNTS! is the most widely implemented approach to character education. It is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nonsectarian framework that teaches the Six Pillars of Character. CHARACTER COUNTS! embraces thousands of schools, communities and nonprofits and is supported by the Community Athletic Association Youth Basketball League.
